What Guud Passport is
Guud Passport is the health and compliance app for employees assessed through Guud Mobile Assessment Centres, converted trucks fitted out with optometry and primary healthcare services. After your on-site assessment, the app gives you your health records, access to telemedicine, and a view of the licences, permits and certificates your role requires.
Common questions
I can't sign in
Guud Passport is invite-only. You get access after you have been assessed at a Guud Mobile Assessment Centre. If you have been assessed and still cannot sign in:
- Check that you are using the email address or phone number you gave at your assessment.
- Use the sign-in link we emailed you. It is specific to your account.
- If the link has expired, request a new one from the sign-in screen.
- Still stuck? Email support@xtend.co with your name and ID number and we will find your account.
I haven't been assessed yet. Can I use the app?
Not yet. Access is granted after a completed assessment at a Guud Mobile Assessment Centre. If your employer runs a Guud programme, ask them when the next assessment is scheduled at your site.
My results aren't showing
Results appear once the practitioner who assessed you has completed and released them. This is usually within a few days of your visit. If it has been longer than a week, email us and we will check where your record is.
Something in my record looks wrong
Contact us and we will refer it to the practitioner who created the record. Clinical records can only be corrected by the healthcare professional responsible for them. We cannot change a result ourselves.
How do I get my certificate or prescription?
Open the record in the app and use the download button. The file saves to your device so you can open, print or forward it.
Who can see my health information?
You, and the registered healthcare practitioners involved in your care. Your employer receives only aggregated reporting: totals across their workforce, which identify no one. They are never told your results, and never told whether you personally attended. The full detail is in our Privacy Policy.
How do I delete my account?
In the app, go to Settings → Account Settings → Account Deletion. You can also request deletion using our online form, which explains what is removed and what has to be kept by law.
Guud Passport is not an emergency service
The app does not provide emergency medical services, and nothing in it is a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. If you have a medical emergency, contact your local emergency services immediately.
